There will be midweek action in the Northern Regional Football Association (NRFA) Women’s Division One League across the various league centres.

Bagabaga Ladies FC who are one of the key contenders for this season’s league welcomes rejuvenated Kpanvo Future Ladies FC at the Stadium Annex 3.

Traditionally, they are playmates. While people of Savelugu claim they have a very good road network as compare to Kumbungu, the opposite side of their neighbors are of the view that they have potable drinking water to that of Savelugu. This friendly rivalry has been going on for several years ago.

However, will it be Yoo Ladies FC or Kumbungu K.Y.A Ladies FC who wins the bragging rights when the rivaling towns’ two female division one clubs clash at the Savelugu JHS Park?

The other games on Thursday will see Dahinsheli Ladies FC who are struggling to get their first win of the season, play host to contenders FC Savannah at the Stadium Annex 2.
