Anfaani Ladies FC defeated Dahinsheli Ladies FC 3-0 at the Stadium Game Center on Match Day 2 of the Northern Regional Football Association (NRFA) Women’s Division One (1) League on Friday.
Salma Abdul Rahim scored twice before Saida Ibrahim put the icing on the cake to secure the 3 maximum points for the former Division 2 champions.
Kumbungu Soccer Ladies FC pipped Bagabaga Ladies FC 1-0 to pick their first win of the season at the Kumbungu SHS Park.
Elsewhere, Nasara Ladies FC and Tamale Super Ladies FC settled for a 2-2 whereas Timtooni Ladies FC also drew 1-1 against Kpanvo Future Ladies FC.
FC Young Queens however maintained their bright start to the season when they crush Yoo Ladies FC 3-0 at the Savelugu M/A Park to go unbeaten for the second week running.
